Ministry Of Fisheries & Forestry

Passionate about fostering sustainable practices, conservation efforts, and environmental awareness, I am a dedicated professional with a robust background in biodiversity conservation, forestry research, education, and project management. With a Master's degree in Biodiversity Conservation and Sustainable Development from The University of the West Indies and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Land Use Planning from The University of the South Pacific, I have developed a deep understanding of ecological systems and their intricate interplay with human activities.

As a Forestry Officer Research at the Ministry of Fisheries and Forestry, I've demonstrated multifaceted capabilities, from leading a team and managing day-to-day operations to developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and negotiating partnerships. I take pride in my role as a proactive Project Coordinator, where I've successfully exceeded reforestation targets, managed budgets, and collaborated with stakeholders to restore degraded forests.

I combine technical prowess with a passion for raising environmental awareness. I am dedicated to leveraging my expertise to make meaningful contributions to sustainable practices, conservation, and education.
