Botanist and Ecologist specializing in Plant Eco-physiology. As a Professor and Researcher at UFRJ in Brazil and a collaborator with the Muséum National d'Histoire Naturelle, I focus on the eco-physiological aspects of species used in tropical ecological restoration and their responses to climate change. My current research in the field of Restoration Ecology focuses on understanding seedling stress and mortality processes and modeling trajectories using functional attributes.
