Lucy has experience in the marine ecology specialty field within New Zealand. She recently completed her PhD in restorative aquaculture, with funding support from The Nature Conservancy. Her PhD focused on the habitat and supporting services that mussel farms provide for fish, and how this may benefit fish productivity.
