Theresa is the Deputy Director of the FSC Climate and Restoration Program. She focuses on the strategy and partnerships necessary to co-create solutions for climate change mitigation and adaptation, forest landscape restoration, and climate finance. Theresa joined FSC from NOAA, the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, where she managed bilateral and multilateral research relationships and helped build a multi-sector coalition in support of a UN initiative. She has an M.S. in Water Resources Policy and Management from Oregon State University/IHE Delft and an M.A. in Water Cooperation and Diplomacy from the University for Peace.
