I have been an environmental consultant for the last 19 years and am also a research associate with Geneva University (Switzerland) and an SER board member, as well as a deputy coordinator for the IUFRO Task Force on “Transforming forest landscapes for future climates and human well-being”. My work spans several environmental topics, including forest restoration, REDD+, environmental governance, protected areas, sustainability partnerships among others. However, my main research area has been governance and forest landscape restoration, and I carried out my PhD with Geneva University on this subject. As a consultant, my clients include a range of UN agencies, NGOs, foundation and research bodies.
