Anna Dabros

Natural Resources Canada - Canadian Forest Service

Anna Dabros, PhD, is a plant ecologist with the Canadian Forest Service (Department of Natural Resources Canada) currently researching the application of ecological aspects (with a special focus on plants and biodiversity) in assessing environmental impact, and exploring mitigation and restoration of industrial footprint in boreal ecosystems. Her other areas of research and interest include boreal forest and peatland management and ecology in the context of climate change. She obtained her BSc in Conservation Biology and Management from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, and her MSc and PhD in plant ecology from McGill University in Montreal.
