Rose Foster

The University of Queensland

I am a PhD candidate at The University of Queensland, based at the TC Beirne School of Law. My PhD investigates the capacity of legal frameworks to facilitate or constrain marine coastal restoration in Australia. I am also a research assistant at The Centre for Policy Futures at UQ, working as part of the Reef Restoration and Adaptation Program Regulatory Subprogram researching regulatory issues for novel reef interventions.
