I am an Associate Director - Nature-based Solutions where I bring my experience with natural capital assessments, ecological assessments, impact assessments, development of ecological restoration plans and project management into projects to achieve the best possible outcomes for the client and the environment. I have worked as a land manager for a Commonwealth government agency; an environmental project manager and an environmental consultant for government clients and organisations within a range of sectors. At AECOM, I have been the Victorian lead for environmental impact assessments for Department of Defence projects and the Environment Discipline Lead for design projects for the Department of Defence. I have also been the Ecology lead on a range of biodiversity monitoring and measurement projects, and the Ecological Restoration technical lead on both small-scale and large-scale projects incorporating restoration principles.
