Professional Research Interests:  Land capability assessments, Indigenous land values, land use planning and ecological restoration, reclamation liability cost estimation.

 

Natalie Tashe is a contributing author of the Society of Ecological Restoration’s International Principles and Standards for the Ecological Recovery and Restoration of Mine Sites (SER 2022). Natalie is a project manager with over 23 years experience managing multi-disicplinary natural resource based projects in Canada and in the United States.  Natalie has 28 years experience and technical training in  geology, landform and terrain science,  soils, and vegetation and has supported development, compliance and monitoring and reclamation of natural resource based projects. Natalie’s experience has spanned government, academic research and industry consulting.
