I am an Italian PhD candidate working in the Netherlads, with a background in Marine and Environmental sciences. After spending some time working on ships, I decided to dedicate myself to research. My interest lies in the role natural ecosystems play in climate change mitigation and my PhD explores the potential of ecosystem restoration as a natural CO2 removal option.
