I'm an interdisciplinary forest ecologist based in Southeast Asia for the past 10 years. I conduct mixed-methods action research and manage projects related to sustainable forest management and restoration, particularly for critical carbon-rich ecosystems such as mangroves and peat swamps. I draw from expertise in ecology, ecophysiology, GIS, elevation mapping, ethnobotany, ethnography, and community engagement. My goal is to ramp up conservation and restoration of Southeast Asian forests vital to human wellbeing.
