Park Yoonsun

Yoonsun Park received his Ph.D. in environmental science from Seoul National University in August 2023, with a thesis on the integrated assessment and application of ecosystem services in regional planning. Her main research interests include ecosystem services, forest ecosystem services, ecosystem services of national forests, forest functional classification, and land use optimization. She is currently a senior researcher at the Forestland Policy Research Center of the Korea Forest Conservation Association, where she is participating in research on the identification of forest restoration sites using deep learning and the preparation of forest functional classification maps.
