Mozart Machado

FUNAI (National Foundation for Indigenous Peoples)

Mozart Machado is a jurist in the environmental area and human rights, with a master´s degree in constitutional law. He is Specialized Indigenist at the National Foundation for Indigenous Peoples (FUNAI) in Brazil, where he has focused on contributing for national policies for indigenous environmental and territorial management, with empashis on ecological restoration and on disasters caused by dam colapse, like Mariana´s Dam Collapse.
